Unexpected Pleasures

For the first time in Africa, we caught a mouse without even trying. You heard us. Of course, we smelled him first and when I could stand it no longer, I beckoned Trav with the kerosene lamp (yes, the power was out again) over to the couch to investigate. Sure enough, the mouse was smashed between the couch cushion and frame, flattened, insides no longer inside. Lovely.
